What this site collects

This site collects personal information only when you choose to send it. If you use the contact form, you provide your name, your email address, and the content of your message. Nothing else is requested, and there are no user accounts, newsletters, or customer databases on this site.

How your message is handled

A contact form submission is processed on the site server and delivered by email to Michael Madden through a third party email delivery service. The service handles the message in transit, and its delivery records may show the recipient address, the time of sending, and whether the message was accepted, bounced, or reported as spam. Your message is then stored in the recipient email account.

The site server keeps a short term count of submissions by network address to limit automated abuse. This count contains no message content and is not used for any other purpose.

How it is used

Information you send is used to read and reply to your message. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and it is not used to build a mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use third party tracking or advertising profiles. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include network addresses and requested pages, for security and operational purposes.

Links to other sites

Pages here may link to sites operated by others, such as booksellers. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
